This Power Bank is fantastic! I am an AVID pokémon Go player (lvl 37 and 34, 2 accounts). I use an LG V10 and an LG G pad X 10.1. I often walk around for 8-10 hours at a time with both devices constantly on. This Power Bank keeps both devices at 100% all day (as long as I use high quality USB cords, crappy cords are not sufficient to allow this device to perform to its full potential). Additionally, after a full day of playing, the Power Bank is only down to 3/4 of its capacity! Check the dimensions and weight before you buy, it is quite long and fairly dense, but the performance is top-notch! Cheers!

I am generally pessimistic about battery backups because so many of them don't do what they advertise. This one truly does have a rapid charger, meaning I can use my iPad Pro 12 while it charges and it still gains battery power. Many others I've had advertise it, but don't live up to it. It also is true capacity. Charging my iPad to full with less than 10% battery remaining only brings me down to half capacity left and I've topped it off another time from the same charge from 50% without running out of juice.My ONLY complaints are the weight, which is expected of a battery this size and the time it takes to recharge (overnight at least). Given the price, performance and capacity, you're not going to find anything better.

It came with a full charge and I've used it twice with little effect on draining it. It charged my phone and iPad as expected and will be very handy to have as an emergency power source.*Update. Took this to Disney and was able to get several charges to my phone before the light indicators even dropped one dot! This was awesome to have with me since the constant use of My Disney Experience, taking pictures and sending them to family, and looking stuff up on Safari was a significant drain on my battery. I had numerous envious looks. Thanks for a great product!

Update, 11/07, battery is not charging anymore, too bad. However contacted customer services and they responded the very next day, awesome!Very good, the battery is heavy and this is normal for a big capacity power bank. The item is sturdy and well made, feels good in the hand.It works perfectly, the output is great and it charges my Xiaomi Max very fast. Same for my tablet. It holds the charge for many days without losing power.Very good and very happy about it.

both of these chargers were used for a trip and lasted the duration of the 3 week trip. fast forward 2 months and the input usb ports break off. we tried the other port and it would not charge anymore. when we turn on the power to check battery charge of the charger it states that it is full. I have tried to call the phone number on the customer service and it is not a working number. I will be sending an email to see if we can either get some new ones or a refund.

Its A Great Product Until it broke I have not been able to find information on the 12 Month Warranty So I am knocking points there. The Manufacture website is terrible but it was a great deal while it lasted. This was reliable and greate to carry in any bag. I wish it was a little wider as it made it very hard to put in things like shallow cupholders as it was very tall and would fall down.

Update: had it 2 years now. Still works great. I only charge it once a week and use it sparingly if my phone is dying while running errands or away from my desk/home. For camping trips with no access to power outlets, it lasts 2 days with 3 people charging their phones and devices.2017 review: Larger and heavier than I thought, but works great so far and lasts quite a while.
