Comfortable and supportive chair for average sized person
The chair was easy to put together. It is good looking and comfortable. My husband uses it at his desk at home for a few hours each day. He says it is supportive, rolls easily and is sturdy. I find it to be as comfortable as the more expensive high-end chairs that I had when I was working in an office. If you're working from home, this is a very good choice. Highly recommended.

Good chair for the price but returned
The Hon Convergence is very similar to the Ignition 2.0 in that they had the same adjustabilities.Convergence pros:I found the Convergence more comfortable because of how the seat cushion was plush (more memory foam-ey) as opposed to being dense with no give. I don't know if that means for quicker flattening out though. Both chairs also have a plastic adjustable lumbar support but I found the Convergence back support better. Not because it gave more support but because it had almost no pressure and could be lowered all the way down so that I could move it out of the way if needed. The Igniton 2.0's back support was much more aggressive and it dug into my lower back. It also didn't go low enough for me to be able to ignore it either. For the same adjustabilities and higher comfort (for me), the Convergence was also significantly cheaper at $189 at the time while the Ignition 2.0 was $313.Convergence cons:The Ignition 2.0 had a 4 ways stretch, smooth mesh back that conformed to your body whereas the mesh on the Convergence had little give and felt less refined (not rough on the skin though). It didn't make too much of a difference in comfort for me honestly. The Convergence mesh did have some loose thread which makes me feel it's less likely to last several years of use compared to the Ignition 2.0.Both chairs have rocking capabilities which I enjoy when working but the Igniton 2.0 was marginally smoother in comparison.Despite having the same adjustabilities, the Convergence arm height was about half an inch lower at its tallest setting than the Ignition 2.0 which made it difficult for me to get closer to my desk since the arms didn't go above my standard height desk. Honesty the height difference wouldn't have mattered if the arms could go backwards. In the end though, I returned both chairs. The primary reason being the arms. Although they have height and width adjustment, the width didn't go close enough to support me when I wanted to type in an upright position. I also found that it's necessary for my work chair to have front to back arm adjustment so my chair can be closer my desk when I'm typing. Otherwise, I find myself craning my neck or leaning forward creating more back pain.If arms adjustabilities aren't a huge thing for you, go with the Convergence. It feels like a $350 dollar chair, if not more. For reference, I'm 5"4 and 136 lbs.The seller has offered a free return option at Amazon Hub. Not sure about restocking fees given it's been two weeks since I've returned the chair and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Excellent office chair
For reference, I’m 5 foot 9, 185 pound guy. I’ve been using this chair for a few months now, and I use it every day for work, replacing a really good gaming chair I had before it. I needed something more professional, as I was looking like I was wearing Darth Vader‘s helmet on my Zoom calls if I blurred my background. I needed something newer too, as the armrest were tearing after 4 years on my old gaming chair. I really wanted a Steelcase chair, but I did not want to spend $500 on it, so I got this thing on a lightning deal, threw some rollerblade wheels on it and for the price and quality, I couldn’t be happier.

An OK Task Chair, Customer Support....
At this time, it's OK chair for the price point. Next time I purchase task chair I'll either buy something higher up the HON line or a different brand. The first issue was assembly the hardware to secure the seat back had so much thread-locker that the supplied hex key couldn't turn them, not a big issue since I had tools. The real issue was that it caused the molded in nuts to spin and the seat back couldn't be tightened on both chairs and there was no way to remove the bolts now. Three days on hand rest broke, plastic cracked, every time you put your hand on it it would collapse. What was most disappointing wasn't the chair but HON's customer service it took, calls, multiple emails, pictures and video over a few week period to get the repair parts (I threw out the packaging so I didn't want to send them back). Ultimate I received the replacement parts minus the bolts and not wanting to wait any longer I bought some at Home Depot. HON typically makes great office chairs, these aren't probably their best.

Good Quality Chair!
I could not find the right height chair for my desk for two years! This one was finally high enough! It was very easy to assemble compared to other chairs I ordered! Well packaged. I did not understand at first I could pull the arm rests out to give myself room for my bigger body. Also I could get the seat forward and make more room for me to sit. So it will fit different size people!! I would prefer a taller back myself, however, the chair is comfortable. I bought a nice foot rest because I needed it higher for my desk. Also goes lower for other desks. I use a back pillow for my body. I am Very Satisfied so far. I love the warranty! I had a little challenge and they were very responsive right away. Very happy!

Pricy and problematic
at nearly $300 I was expecting a problem free chair. While it is comfortable, after 3 months of light use in an office the TILT stopped working. The chair was frozen in a fully upright position for no reason. Customer service was quick to send a replacement part and an instruction video on how to change the part myself featuring a young woman struggling to make the repair using tools you would NOT have sitting around an office. After cajoling my husband to come to the office with a pipewrench and other required tools the repair was compleated; BUT only lasted exactly 48 hours before "freezing" again; only this time it also developed a loud squawking noise that sounds like a flock of geese flying by everytime I move, at a decible loud enough that the lady across the hall called out from her office "what is that noise?!" I am in no way overweight, or abusing the chair. I do not mess with the up/down ect- so there is no reason for the repeat failures. I really liked the chair but not anymore.
