Full of stones
I had earlier bought a 1 pack from the seller which was perfect.I now bought a 5 pack and it is full of stones. Believe me almost every bite I get stones in my mouth. It's most irritating. Especially when having lunch in office, everybody can hear the crunching noise. Very embarassing. Can't share my tiffin with others The millet grain is so small so can't even clean it myself. Don't know how I am going to go through 5 packs. Will have to try another seller.My earnest request to the seller is please do a thorough cleaning and quality check before selling your product and do not cheat your customerAmazon should also re-consider propagating it as "amazon choice" as it is misleading to the customer.

Very good for the calorie conscious people. Specially diabetic. Can use this in the place of rice and wheat to manage your calorie intake

Semi Polished Millets | Misleading GI certificate
Barnyard is supposed to be one of the hardest and fibrous millets. It should be harder than the Foxtail and Koda variety. However, this batch is not that fibrous. All the grains are semi-polished. This increases the ease of cooking and needs less time to soak, however, the primary benefits are lost. The GI mentioned in the product description is completely misleading. Given this batch, it should be somewhere in the 60s. I don't know when the manufacturers truly adhere to what they promise. Very disappointed.
