CHAMP: Building Character In The City

I am always looking for mentoring opportunities for my 7 year old son, this author is a blessing with his work. From the cover, each word,the message, to the illustration every part was absolutely great. This book, and I will be purchasing the entire series opens the door for discussion. Thank you Mr. Spencer

My grandson loves this series of Champ. This one of the books he reads daily.

I bought both book 1 and 2. my wife liked book 1 but absolutely loved book2 when champ learns about holding doors for his mother, and the message about bullies not being cool was perfect for my strapping sons! well done! can't wait for the next champ book!

It’s always great to read children’s books about boys of African decent. I thought was very positive and both boys and girls can learn a lot from this book.
