Don't bother. Will end up unusable
Bought this YEARS ago and now I have to buy it again just to play it on an updated OS? No way.

Stuck in Pending Verification
According to customer service, this status takes 4-6 hours to complete. So it's not the typical instant gratification we are all used to when buying this product.

Didn’t work on Mac
Extremely disappointing. I love the game (I have played it before) and wanted to play it on my MacBook, but I had to install Steam first (a hassle) and then Civ wouldn’t play because Apple OS updates no longer support this game. Of course as it’s a download I can’t claim my money back. Wasted time and money and no game to show for it. Very, very annoying and I wish I hadn’t bothered.
