Good product, may be sent faulty piece
A good product overall, if somewhat unsteady. I generally trust Callas products although my experience with this was a bit underwhelming.Pros:1) Thoughtfully designed, no screws and nails and flimsy parts.2) Easy to assemble, very clear and well written instructions. Came well packaged.3) Height adjustable mechanism is very useful and convenient to adjust.Cons: I docked two stars because of the following:1) I ordered chrome but received black. I was on the verge of returning it but did not want to wait again for a replacement.2) One of the lower posts had an uneven screw thread, so it was very hard to attach the upper post, eventually needing sheer brute force.3) It is a bit unsteady, despite tightening and levelling, as the posts are hollow rods and thus only medium sturdy. I would not be comfortable placing heavier appliances on the upper shelves.4) Minor annoyance: There was a lot of rust dust inside the rods and in the packaging.
