I tried this to try to help weak muscles. I slowly built up to the recommended dosage. Before I got there I began to have trouble with my eye. I immediately suspected Ursolic Acid since it was the only new thing in my diet. I discontinued immediately. So zero idea if this helps muscles or not.

I bought a bottle of this and after taking 2 to 3 grams per day while lifting weights, I noticed absolutely no difference in my muscle mass over a 2 month period. I opened one of the capsules and noticed the contents were essentially just ground up rosemary. What a waste of time and money.
