Unclear description
I was extremely disappointed to receive my card without the word “happy” before birthday. After trying to resolve this with the seller, I gave up as communication was too complicated and the seller could not see my point, with regards to the error. My advice is be careful if ordering anything personalised from here, where it says “occasion”. Be sure to put the “happy” part on your description, or you’ll get a card with “anniversary” or “birthday”! I’m all for supporting independent businesses but I have to say I feel let down and won’t be ordering from here again.
