Adjusts to you.
I bought this to use post partum and so far I love it. I am a 8/10 in jeans and bought the medium. It fits snug right now, but I'm on my 4 days out from delivery. It's so adjustable it will work now and when I shrink more. The color is vibrant. My only concern is how breathable the material will be and that it's not hid easily under clothes, do far neither have been an issue.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality
I was skeptical when ordering this item because it’s hard to tell if it is good quality from just the pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is strong, lightweight and easy to use. Definitely worth the price.

Overall great Product
I love it overall BUT it is actually short on my torso of what my target areas are but other than that it is very comfortable and easy to use.

makes me sweat!
with age, I've been having lower back problems and this has helped a lot. it keeps my lower back warm. helps with my posture and really makes me sweat. I can probably only wear it for a couple hrs at a time. (that's probably cuz I make it nice and tight!) I've previously purchased something similar from Ross, but it lost it's elasticity after some time and I had to throw it out. I don't think this one will have any issues though. It has multiple velcros. one to hold it in place, then 2 side ones to tighten up the waist. Been using it for 2 weeks now and I like it esp in the winter when my back gets really cold.

Good for the price & once you get used to tightening it properly
Great for back support and to tighten the waist. Cons are it rolls down from the top sometimes and cuts into you when you sit. Also needs a lot of readjusting as the straps can easily come off the Velcro when bending down etc. for the price and compared to others I bought it is one of the best.

Bought this for my daughter and we love it. She was having back pain and the waist trainer is helping her with her posture. Absolutely love this.
