Overall, I am satisfied with these lights. It would be nice if the control box was also waterproof (I waterproofed it myself) and if the cord was a bit longer (its about 3 feet). I have these lights in a small pond and they really add a nice effect at night. I didn't even bother with the suction cups and just zip-tied each light to a paver stone to weigh them down. It would be nice if there were more/better settings on the remote. The default setting is to flash between the colors quickly which is pretty hideous unless you're going for an underwater disco. I'd like to see a setting where the colors change very slowly, like the smooth setting but at a slower pace. They are much brighter than I was expecting and I am happy with how they turned out.

The media could not be loaded.  So these were nice while they lasted ( about 1 month ) but then the water started leaking in...then they shorted out. They literally drowned. Dead in the water, and don't work. Actually became an electrical hazard. ( water + electricity = BAD idea...) The plug in and box are also not waterproof, and have to be enclosed in a plastic container. The remote worked, but only up close ( like 5 feet ). Poorly made. SO. Overall, not a good buy if you want something that a.) lasts , b.) works c.) is waterproof and D.) won't electrocute you if you put your hand in the water.

Once I zip tied the light housings to rocks they stayed underwater. Until then they were ugly floating lights. The wiring is for indoor use, I had to waterproof the connector myself. I tried using the remote from the inside of my window that overlooks the pond: did not work. You basically have to be within 5 feet of the connector to change light colors, etc. I will not buy these again.

I got the lights and was so disappointed when trying to install in my pond as they are so light weight and float on top of the water and will not stay submerged by the suction cups on rocks in pond. You have to weigh them down then hard to get lights to go direction you want them to point. The cord is way too short so you cannot place them very far apart. I would not recommend these for a pond, but would be great for a aquarium.

These lights are bright. I like the variety of colors these can produce. The suction cups work well on a smooth surface. The lights aren’t heavy enough to sink on their own, you need to weight them or suction cup them to something. They arrived with some of the individual LEDs not working, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to want to return them. They only remember the last setting if you power off/on with the remote. If you power these on with a timer outlet they immediately go into demo mode, which cycles through all the colors and flash patterns, which is not desired. I have to leave them on 24/7 to avoid this. I would not purchase these again.

Cool product but the light housing is too Buoyant and floats to the top. The suction cups are too weak and after several attempts to them on different spots in the fountain we gave up. Next version make the housing heavy enough to keep the light down under the water.

I have returned this set once before. The lights works perfectly but the remote stops working after about 2 days and whatever setting the lights are on will not be able to be changed.I am tired of constantly returning them once this happens...
