Yellow or Blue. Both Are Good Picks.
I wasn't sure this generic yellow sill seal from TVM Building Products would be what I wanted, but after ordering a roll to compare against the usual DOW Blue sill seal, I am pleasantly surprised that I actually prefer it and the best part is that it is about half the price of the blue here on Amazon. I haven't compared to locally source building supply outlet prices, but at roughly $8.50 per roll at the time of this review I feel its a good price. The fluted bottom side design of the foam seal helps it to lay flat while conforming to variances in the concrete. I think it does a great job at that. If your slab has greater than 1/8' dips and sags neither product will fill that void. You may want to add a caulking product to supplement. 2 or 3 (3/8") thick lines laid down under the sill seal can fill those. When placing the seal over anchor bolts I found that a small x-slit allows it to slide down over the bolt. You can follow up with a circular round cut if you want. On windy days it may want to blow around out of alignment. A little caulking under it can help with that too.The blue and yellow seem to be made of exactly the same material. It stretches and compresses the same. I will say that the one down side to the fluted design is that it can tear easier at the thinner fluted parts. You just have to treat it a little more carefully. You can butt or miter the corners. I overlap them then cut thru both at the same time to get an exact miter. I do add caulking sealant at the joints. I come back and caulk seal the interior and exterior edges of the bottom plate to the slab later to keep insects out. Whether you go with this foam seal or a fluid applied sealant, it is a great way to transition from concrete to wood. Its alway fun to get out of the foundation stage and on to framing. Hope your project goes well.** Update - I did find the blue stuff available at a blue big box store for $7.50 per roll and the 3.5" for $6.50 per roll. That makes it a same or slightly better value. Just wanted to update and mention this fact.

Don’t go by the picture, u only get 1 roll for $20!!!
Please take out the picture of two rolls sill seals, it’s false advertising, yes if you read the fine print you only get one, but when people are in a hurry and U need to look at the picture to the order real quick and realize when it comes that u only get one roll, sux they were sold out at my store so I was forced to order online for a job, guess I won’t make that mistake again, I thought for that price it must definitely be for 2, overpriced by $8-$10 from my local Home Depot and hardware store

No problems with this one. Plenty of sizable ribs to do the intended water seal on a typical semi-flat concrete base.

You don’t get 2 rolls.
It shows 2 rolls but you only get 1. Nothing wrong with the product beyond that.
