I purchased it less tan three months ago. Now I have started getting a message (while starting Excel or Word) you have 27 days left to reactivate or loose access to Office 2016 Pro. On following the instructions to reactivate (both online or by phone) I get a message that "this copy of MS Office is designed for Corporate or Institutional customers. So the activation key that I was supplied by at the time of purchasing the software for £30 does not work. My attempts to speak to any member of staff have also failed. PLEASE HELP

I didn't load this product right away as I had PC problems. It was easy to download the ISO image but not easy to install. The product key didn't work and Microsoft said the key was for a corporate use. I have contacted JJSalesUK but have no replies. I have asked for a product code that works with no avail.I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus for another £15 i.e. £24.99 and it works great on my wife's PC.My purchase at the same time from JJSalesUK I downloaded QuarkExpress from another supplier and the code supplied worked fine. I suspect JJSalesUK is selling counterfeit software. I would like a refund for the unresponsive Office Pro 2016.

Bought this from seller Wolfsickness. Like some other buyers who had used this seller, when I tried to activate the Product Key online by downloading software from Microsoft site, it said that Product Key had been used too many times, so I contacted the seller who said would send a new one. Not received as yet (almost 2 weeks after purchase) however when I saw in Seller Reviews that other buyers had had same problem and used automated Microsoft telephone activation of Product Key instead, I tried this with original Key & it worked!! So a little perseverance required but this gives access to use of genuine Microsoft Office (in fact the version that downloaded was MS Office Professional Plus 2019). All sorted now!

Got a new Laptop last week.Once I'd restored backed-up data i went to install the software. Since the laptop was new it came pre-loaded with a trial version of office 365. Since this may create conflicts, I contacted the seller and asked for advice.They said to uninstall the existing 365 office. Once i had the installation ran smoothly. Note its a bit disconcerting - Microsoft i mean - as the download depends on your Internet speed (mine's not great). Also the progress bar doesnt show a percentage, and MS advise that its not long. [Im mentioning this in case people think the d/l isnt working - none of this has anything to do with the seller or their great responsiveness and assistance].All in all great.

Do not by this product from this company.It doesn’t work and they have ignored my complaints and kept my money.Amazon have ignored my complaints and this company is still being supported.

Absolutely waste of my money. Not worth it.. won’t install. Seller not forthcoming. Still waiting for clarification. Contacted Microsoft . They said that the seller can contact them to find out if the software was activated or not. Seller informed but he haven’t come back to my. Why? I leave it to you.
