Terrific brand! And it works!I had tried a different brand of ashwagandha before, but I didn’t feel it was effective. I came to realize that I hadn’t looked more into the manufacture. And for that, it hit me that it was time to research a bit more!I just ordered from Sunbird, because after my research, I realize that not every product was the same. I decided to narrow in on a brand that was organic, one that had been triple tested for heavy metals and pesticides. (important!) I wanted to find a brand that was very clean. I also wanted a product that came in vegetarian capsules. So I ordered ashwagandha from this company. Within the first few days of taking, I noticed a difference. I’m someone that is pretty aware, and loved the fact that I felt this working quickly.I take ashwagandha mainly to help with stress. I find that it’s a great regulator, esp with lowering my cortisol levels. It works so well, especially in today’s world of non-stop activity. Another reason - memory. I didn’t know this about ahswagnandha at first, but last year I was with my boyfriend at his appointment with Dr. Robert Roundtree in Boulder CO (one of the foremost minds in functional medicine). He prescribed ashwagandha to my boyfriend, who is in his early 60s and struggles with his memory. I saw it work wonders, it was really incredible. My thought was, why not be ahead of the curve on keeping my memory intact too.

I wanted to use it for at least a month before writing this review bc after the first week I thought it was too good to be true, but I’ve really felt the results of using Ashwaganda.I find myself more energized yet calm, and I sleep so much better when I take it. Im a light sleeper (and sleep with a heavy snorer) but since taking it I’ve been getting quality deep sleep and wake up feeling fresh.I also struggle with anxiety and find myself more calm and focused when working. Other energy related products makes me jittery and Ashwaganda doesn’t do that.I like that the pills go down easy and doesn’t use any unnecessary filler ingredients. Love this brand too im trying to be a more ethical and mindful consumer this new decade :)

Have been aware of Ashwagandha for over a year now and have dabble in using the powder form in morning smoothies. My occupation is quite demanding and can be stress inducing. I decided to use it for work and after only a couple uses I noticed a reduction is stress and instead a more calming ease when dealing with events at work. I also used this product before bed and began noticing deeper sleep with more vivid dreams. Between the price, and the two places it has benefited me the most Id stay it is a great deal and buy. Future purchases are highly likely.

I was tested a couple months ago and my cortisol levels were through the roof which caused a lot of stress and inability to sleep (always woke up at 3am and couldn't go back to sleep). I did a Dutch test and my practitioner told me I needed to lower my cortisol levels. I tried many different things but this is the only supplement that worked to lower it back to within the normal range. It has been a HUGE life changer. I take it every day and don't miss at all. I notice if I do! It started working immediately for me as I felt so much better. I took my test again about a month after starting this and my cortisol was way lower. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been using this product daily since I received it two weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I’ve taken ashwagandha for years in the powder form, mixing it in various drinks or smoothies, but having it in capsule form allows me to consistently take it— giving me much better results. The vegetable capsules are great (and I’m pretty particular about these) and the packaging is stunning. I also really like that the bottle isn’t overly big (wasting plastic), the amount you get is filled to the top when you get your bottle.Will for sure make this product a regular in my daily routine.

This lowered my blood pressure and I didn't realize I fell asleep at my desk. Read the ingredients carefully and be fully aware of what you're taking.

Having been in the medical profession for the past decade, I've been attempting to improve my regular sleep routine. A friend recommended ashwagandha after a trial and error process of 3+ years.
