I got these for my husband and myself for some he is deployed. We both haven't taken them off and just looking at it has helped me get through some of the times missing him hits me the hardest. The quality is great and they are both beautiful. My 9 month old rambunctious baby boy is constantly pulling on it and I am surprised to say that it has held up!

Very nice bracelets, but my mainly black smaller one broke after two days of wearing it. There are two bands of elastic that connect it and after the first one breaks, it seems that it is inevitable that the second one will too, even after tying it off.I had originally given this three stars for the frailty of the bracelet, but after work with them, they showed amazing customer service unlike any I've encountered. They're super willing to help out of anything goes wrong and will personally work with you to do so. So thank you Believe London for your service and the bracelets

I was so excited to share a bracelet with my college roommate who lives hundreds of miles away, but am slightly disappointed in the quality. The white-beaded bracelet is great, but it seems to be of greater quality than the black beads. The black beads are smaller and a much less desirable/attractive material. This is something I wish I would have known prior to order. I do really like the white bracelet though, I just won't be sharing the black one with my friend, as originally intended.

The bracelets are adorable! I got them for my friend and since he is moving away soon. While they're nearly perfect, unfortunately, there is a slight error/detail of displeasure on the white bracelet. The knot of the elastic strong is right next to the black bead, which is the main detail of the bracelet. It does bug me quite a bit as this could have easily been solved by putting the black bead on the other side of the bracelet. The black bracelet, on the other hand, does not have a knot that is visible at all. If possible, I would like to exchange simply the white bracelet for a new one, but I think that might be too much for the company over such a simple thing. I am trying to push the knot through the beads to make it invisible, but I am concerned about doing so due to other reviews saying that the bracelet is somewhat fragile. For now, overall satisfied. I would give it 5/5 if the knot wasn't visible.Edit:One of the black beads on the black bracelet is broken in half. I’m not sure if it came that way or it somehow broke before I managed to give it to my friend. I would like to possibly get a new one, but I don’t want to go through the trouble of returning them. Especially since the white one is perfectly fine. I won’t change my star rating though as I managed to move the knot on the white bracelet to make it not visible. Also considering the fact that I’m not sure how/when the black bead broke. If the seller could contact me about a replacement, that’d be great! And my rating would go all the way up to five stars!!!

Really really great customer service. I bought a pair for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved them. After some use his band snapped off so I contacted them to purchase a replacement of only the black one and they offered to send a new pair at no cost.The actual bracelets are great and feel like good quality. I love the marbled stones and the matte black stones. I'd recommend these bracelets to everyone!

Super cute! Arrived on time and were of good quality. However the black one broke the same day only a few hours later. The bracelet came a bit "loose" almost as if there was a bead missing or the rubber threading was stretched. I didn't think anything of it and gave my SO it to wear and it later broke off while wearing it. Maybe ours was just a bad batch. A bit disappointing.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they were absolutely great! Responded within 15 minutes and replaced the product with no questions asked. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Update: The original item description was incorrect but after contact with the company they not only fixed the description on the bracelets but also offered to send me a new set. Very easy to work with and I really like the product.Old review:I really like the idea of the bracelets and they looked well made but be careful when purchasing them. The description says 8” black and 7” white but after ordering them and getting the wrong size I noticed the title of the item says 7” black and 8” white. I received the 7” black, which was too small, and the 8” white, which was too big.

Four stars because they were beautiful but because one of them snapped within a few days of purchasing, I definitely suggest not taking them on and off to often. But if your going to wear them frequently without removal, then these are for you. They are waterproof so no worries.We we're fully refunded within minutes of emailing, and I'm very happy about it.

Arrived on time, minimal packaging, but the product was as in good shape as expected. Having purchased something similar already I was content with this purchase & can verify the material holds up well even with extensive wear & tear.
