I read all the bad reviews about how impossible it is to get enough blood. Not true. Do it after showering when you are hot and vasodialated. I used one lancet, pressed it hard, and had plenty of blood. The testing was fast and the response efficient.

It has been 28 days since the lab notified my son his blood specimen had been received. He still has not received the results of his test! Communication with Amazon for a refund is at a standstill as there is no product to return.

Test was simple to do. I wasn’t expecting to have anything but a negative result, but thought I’d rule it out anyway.

I received the text kit on June 27. I proceeded to do the test kit that day and mailed it the next according to them they received it on July 7 and as of today July 30 there is still no results on a Lyme test. This is a total rip off between no customer service and now it’s august. There’s no excuse for this disaster and loss of money It looks good in print. It looks cute in the box. Is it worth it? Absolutely not please send a refund. Regretfully I had to hit one star in order to send it. I wish they had negative stars I would hit every one of them.

Customer service is wonderful and fast. We did the Lyme test and it was negative but we appreciate having so many options for tests. Easy and affordable.
