Best available
Great overall. Better than all others seen.Pros- longer than prop can pull from water with motor down, adjustable arms help for storage, big tires easily roll over curb, light weight, solid metal.Cons- pins are hard to line up and easy lost, order push pins 3/8 inch diameter by 3inch length. I got two on Amazon for $20 and made a world of difference. The wheels are so buoyant I can't put them down while in water. But I can lift the boat slightly and they easily drop into place.

Outstanding boat wheels
This boat wheel kit from Newport Vessels really exceeded expectations.Materials and machining are great, functions just as it shouldMy two favorite features are the pins that auto-lock into place so you don’t have to struggle to insert a pin, and the multiple angles available so you can angle the wheels back and out of the way in the up position.Worth every pennyFYI if you need longer bolts for a thicker transom like I did…the included bolts are 8mmx1.25x50mm

Very well made, HEAVY DUTY
I installed these on my Zodiac Cadet 310 inflatable boat. These are really built well--the aluminum extrusions are very thick (I think 1/4") and the wheel assembly are very substantial. I don't know where people found that there was debris inside the tires--the nylon rim and tires are virtually impossible to separate. The tire quality is very good. Everything about these launch wheels is first rate. Compared to all of the other brands out there, I think that these launch wheels are much better than most and you won't be disappointed with this product.I have a 6 HP Tohatsu four stroke outboard and rolling around my boat is very easy and smooth with these wheels. Frankly, they are overkill for a small 310 boat like mine.

Solid product while with worthless wheels.
What a shame, sitting here in Mexico needing to land my dinghy on the beach. Unfortunately, my brand new dinghy wheels are flat, both cheap inner tube have holes. Why would you cheap out on one of the critical parts of your product? Won’t even hold a patch.Guess we’re dragging the boat on shore from now on.

Make sure holes are drilled straight.
They work great on my Newport Catalina. 12.6. Easy to install. Just make sure holes are drilled straight. Airing up the tires is the hardest thing but just hold the valve with a flathead and put the air line on. You can bust them. Watch it carefully. I read all the reviews to hear what happened to others. Got mine on and now I can move my boat around to store it for winter. I walked the boat into and out of water on boat ramp with ease. Well worth installing if you want fast acess to water and getting out.

Lets me launch my boat by myself
These work really well for me, and allow me to launch my 100lb inflatable boat with the 60lb motor in place. I can get it into and out of the water single-handed, which is a major advantage when I go out with my kids. This ability allows me to use car-top launch site like kayak and canoe launches, which is a big advantage where I live. They prevent a lot of wear and tear as you don't need to drag the boat on the ground.Installation was fairly easy, but was a bit nerve-wracking. Drilling holes in my transom is not fun, but I followed the instructions and everything seemed to go well. I used a ton of marine grade sealant on the bolts and around the brackets on the exterior of the transom for good measure. The 2 issues I ran into was the size of the wheels and sand. I have a 14' inflatable boat and the wheels won't fold up as there isn't enough space. If I install them with the wheels facing out they get caught under the pontoons, if the wheels face inward they get in the way of the motor. I generally have them facing out, then remove and stow them on board once in the water. When I get back I'll install them facing inward and raise the motor. Once I beach the boat I'll lift the back and the wheels drop and lock into place. If you launch from a beach sand will get inside of the legs and jam up the sliding and locking mechanisms. They will need to be disassembled and cleaned periodically, or they can seize up. This is especially bad for the locking bars, they need to be able to move freely so they can lock in place on the bracket installed on the transom.Despite these 2 issues they wheels are great and have served me well so far.

Very good Quality and worth every penny.
While I didn't realize until I installed these that there are three positions in the upper position and three in the lower position. These are well-made well worth the money! They also telescope up and down in case you need to get the boat up higher. Highly recommend!!

Tires don’t hold air
I installed the wheels. Generally they are good quality but… two weeks after I installed them I went to use them and both tires were flat. Ive pumped them up twice since and they do not hold air.
