I’ve been using professional grade stainless steel pans for over 15 years now and I didn’t expect to be blown away...but this pan blew me away!!! It heats evenly, is well balanced, and is super easy to clean. I even put it to the test with scrambled eggs and the eggs lifted right off the pan! I can not wait to own an entire set of these because my other pans are getting retired! You need this pan in your life!!!

Just cooked pancakes; evenly brown, no burning, and butter didn't overheat. I've lost count of the times I've burnt butter in lesser pans. This pan is different and better. I can use more heat and burn less. Works exceptionally well on an induction burner. We use this everyday.I steam vegetables in this pan with a Get It Right silicone 12.5” lid (orange flap in photo). The lid seals effortlessly and steams faster because of the seal.Cleaning this is another favorite characteristic. While the pan is still warm, I move it to the sink, add one drop of soap, and a few ounces of water. Then, I gently scrape the surface with a fish turner. Rinse. And, use it immediately again. Rapid clean. The fish turner I use all the time, too. Cleaning both in the same soapy water saves time and water.This pan was recommended to me by Urvashi Pitre the mastermind of twosleevers.com . I just received this pan last night and tried it today for the first go around. I made chicken meatballs in it and I don't use oil I just use a little broth or water at the bottom and saute them.I don't want to brown and fry. They came out perfectly with didn't stick. I also bought the 10 in Non-stick pan it equally great. A little heavier than expected but that's why it doesn't stick so much especially happy about this because I don't use oil.Really happy with my choice and I'm going to check out what other utensils they have that I can buy.

Everything sticks! Even using cooking oil. And it does not clean easily.

Don't worry about the reviews saying things stick to it. That's what these do, so don't be frying eggs in it. What it is great for is evenly dispersing and holding heat. I've used it make sauces, steaks, boil pasta, stir fry veggies, etc, and it's perfect. If you find yourself struggling with things sticking too much make sure you're using enough oil and never hesitate to look up videos on tricks to avoid sticking.A good daily use pan to go along with a separate non-stick and cast iron.

Nice feel to handle and easy to clean.

This is more than I needed I need a smaller size but I really like it you can put it in the oven too.

The skillet arrived USED!!!!! There was still burnt on food stuck to it. This is the worst product purchase experience ai’ve ever had online shopping.
