A great buy
Brilliant. I didn’t expect it to be this good. We’ve only had it for two weeks but so far we’ve only had to charge it once even though it’s used almost every day. It’s sturdy and provides a smooth ride. My daughter loves it and she’s aced it in 5 minutes. She also loves the lights and the sound is pretty good. All in all great value for money.

Faulty. Very disappointing
The hover board powered up and worked fine for the first few goes. It then started cutting out and not re-starting. We read the user manual and followed intrusions for a re-boot... nothing. Eventually after a few hours it comes back to life showing 100% charge and works for a minute or so before cutting out again.Has anyone else noticed the user manual talks about how “we hope you enjoy your hover board” but there are no registered company details, no branding, no helpline number, no model number? Also I’m surprised by the poor English of some of the pre-Christmas reviewers given these are all ‘verified UK purchase”.

Bad product, worse customer service!
Absolutely awful! The product broke 3 after days of use. It was my son’s 9th birthday present . Had to pay £50 for return which they are refusing to refund despite agreeing to pay for it. Replacement took over a month to arrive. Would definitely not recommend to purchase from this company! Still in dispute

Very robust.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Daughter recieved this Christmas day absolutely brilliant and loves it. Bought with the kart both of which are very sturdy well made. The music sounds great to. Just under £200 for both is a bargain.

Excellent product
Excellent product. My daughter (Aged 8) mastered it within an hour. She spends hours whizzing around. Holds a good a battery charge. Very pleased.

Returned for a full refund
Seems quite good although the description did not quite match the item we only used it for couple days but the battery life on first use seemed decent (at least 2 hours around the house), it does look very good too with flashing lights and chrome look. Bluetooth worked fine. Unfortunately there was an issue with our battery indicator so we had to return. Since it was within 30 days The seller and amazon acted fine and arranged a full refund. However please note this is not UK seller so if the fault develops further down the line it might not be so easy to get a refund
