Stay away form this product and Radio Shack products
Wife purchased for Christmas for me. Used it 3 times and the microphone stopped working. Found out the hard way after video taping my daughters graduation from college. Radio Shack products have NO technical support (you have to go to the store where you got it and deal with kids who know less then you) and NO customer support. Since it was out of the 90 day warranty (LOL) the only thing they would offer is to get an estimate on repair costs, which they wanted me to pay for, just to get the estimate. Pathetic. Will never step foot in a Radio Shack store again. Stay away from Gigaware.
