UPDATE: I re-ordered after talking to the factory. They claimed they have 'never' seen this type of defect. Two for two had defects from the factory and shipping damage causing two postponements of my tile guy! If you are looking for a quality base DO NOT buy this one. Poor quality control along with insufficient packaging will cause you nothing but frustration and project delays.I was excited to get this, but when I opened the packaging (which looked in good condition), I noticed that there were voids in the inside corners on the drain side. My guess is that there were bubbles in the gel coat (if that's how these things are made). There is also a large gouge on the front inner corner as well. One of the edges was also chipped off. Its really too bad, because I liked the design and now I'm not sure if I would trust their quality. This will also delay the remodeling effort.

Awesome product! I will use it again and again. The shower base comes with instructions and I think the look is very high end for spending just over $200. I recommend using this product if the dimensions are what you need. I like that the drain on the base I ordered is not under your feet.

I’m not a plumber but I do know a good quality product when I see one. Looked at several name brand shower pans and was not impressed with what I saw. This pan is very well made and the bottom is built to take a lot of weight without flexing. Would not hesitate to buy this again.

These are very sturdy nice shower pans. I want to also commend their customer service. I had a question on one of my pans and they went above and beyond for me. Best value out there.

Easy to install and looks great

The Title of the Product says 48" x 36" Shower Base whereas the Product is actually 48" x 32". I returned the 2 Bases that I ordered the same day I received. The UPS Tracking confirmed that the 2 items were received at the Urban Inspiration's Warehouse 2 days later. After many days of following up both with Urban Inspirations and Amazon, I received a refund for only 1 item. I am still waiting for news on what happened to my Refund for the second item.
