Lifting straps work great. They come with a foam padding and they're extra long. The wrist straps I don't really like. They are wrist specific (i.e. left or right) and they're not very comfortable. For the price with the wrist bands and the straps it's a decent deal.

My very first time buying wrist wraps and straps I cant wait to use them and feel how it helps. But so far packaging and all was amazing tried it and it looks amazing.

I like these wristbands because they are discrete and they grip for your thumb isn't constricted to a certain size of thumb. I do not like, however, the fact that they are so restricted to just the wrist. I find that whenever I'm doing a plank, or a lift that requires wrist rotation of any kind, my skin just bunches up all ugly next to the wrap. I'm no dermatologist or specialist by any means... but that doesn't look pretty and it cannot be good for my hand. The lifting straps are a good idea because they help you lift heavy things.. but I'm not really sure how to keep track of them. It would help if they attached to the wrist wraps somehow. Overall, they're nice and discrete and I would recommend them if you're only purpose is a single kind of lift with no wrist rotation. If you're doing anything like planks on these, think twice. Lifting weights can be very strenuous on different parts of your body so it is important to have the proper gear to give you support. When I saw this two pack I thought it would be perfect for my husband to use at the gym. It comes with both lifting straps and wrist wraps, both which are very important to use, depending on what type of lifting you are doing. After using these, my husband was very happy with both the wraps and straps. These strap are elastic and really comfortable.
