MCT Oil floats. Commercial products I’ve seen with mct include shakes, coffee, tea, or lattes. Besides tea, most of these products are milk based. I simply bought the best chocolate milk and mixed as directed to make my MCT chocolate shake. I could add cinnamon or whip crème. I could go to a coffee shop and try different stuff to make at home with MCT. Someone else making your morning drink is dumb because you never know the flavor pallet of the mixer! Goodbye caffeine! Hello mental clarity.

After receive this product I noticed after opening it was full of floating debris, which I believe is from the seal disintegrating from the oil. Needless to say, I won’t be using it.

I sub any oil out with this as it’s really healthy for you.. I just advise turning heat down when cooking brownies cookies cake ect. To a avoid smoking but this oil makes everything better for you then traditional oils and way more moist and tasty.

My Dr. recommended this oil for cooking and frying. It is tasteless, but has a very low burn temperature. It is basically a low temperature cooking oil. It begins to smoke (burn) much quicker than regular vegetable or corn oil.

In my initial review of this product I felt it may have been either tampered with or opened and returned. In spite of it not being eligible for return, I managed to get Amazon to refund and replace the product. I received it today, immediately opened it and found the safty seal compromised as it was on the first bottle. Upon closer examination, I feel the MCT oil is degrading the seal. It just crumbles when touched. The manufacturer needs to correct this faulty packaging.

I am taking this product to increase my memory. It is brain fuel. I have seen adifference. It is easy to take and there is no bad taste. I take it in the morningwith my breakfast.

This was purchased for a patient with digestive malfunction who cannot digest fats well and lost a lot of weight. After discovering this product, which is directly absorbed rather than having to be digested, the weight has started to come back on. We "slop" some into smoothies, oatmeal anywhere we can hide some.

There was no way I was going to consume this when it looked like someone had already opened the seal. Yuck. Got a refund. Would not order this brand again because of that.
