Good. . worth the price
The 1st toaster i recieved was defective..stopped working within a month ..later contacted agaro for warranty.. they were helpful and sent a replacement.. the replacement is working fine now 👍 happy with the service received from agaro

Wasn't working, replacement works but now that has also stopped working. Don't buy this product.
The toaster is great on paper and also when it works but when I initially ordered it, I got a product that did not work and then I waited for the replacement. That thankfully did work, I liked how simple it was to use however if you wish to switch it off while it is toasting, you have to move the dial all the way to the left. It can get really hot and burn your toast so be careful when toasting. The cool outer body feature is great. However, today the replacement has also stopped working as the push down mechanism for the toaster is flimsy and it refuses to stay down hence the toaster doesn't allow the coils to light up and toast anything.Update: 12/10/2022 Despite contacting Agaro customer care, they sent the second replacement today that was more defective than the current defective product I have with me. I refused the replacement and have complained again, let's see when this gets resolved. It has been more than a month. I deeply regret buying this prodcut.

Good Customer Support
Toaster stopped working after some months - though sparingly used, but within the warranty period. Reported to customer support - who responded quickly and a replacement was couriered to me and received within 10 days. Kudos and thanks to the Customer Support team.

The media could not be loaded. Product is horrible and auto pop up gone bad within few months and their service is v poor gave us a replacement which was worse brpkem condition and defective than the product. No reply and no response from the company and the seller.Do not buy these Agaro products.

Worst toaster ever. Pure waste of money.
The worst toaster you could ever buy is this one. I had to throw mine away in 3 days of purchase as the spring was the first to break within that time. It is a pure waste of money and amazon should not be selling such products for the sake of their own bran image.The supplier should be ashamed of selecting auch a priduct to sell and the company should be sued most definetly for everything they have.
