Needs more clarification in the ordering directions.
I ordered this as a wedding gift. Total cost with tax and shipping was $62 for a 2x9 arched sapele board. The engraver did not add the "S" at the end of the name. I did not realize that this was my responsibility. He replied to my email saying he couldn't "make sense" if the name that was given was plural or not and he finds it too much trouble to follow up with customers before the product is engraved.
