Excellent Bag
I received my bag today, delivered on time. It was packaged well in a giant box and not folded, so bonus points there. The bag itself came sealed in a plastic bag, in A+ condition. It is a surprisingly good quality bag, the zippers are excellent, and it is very well padded. Better than most "name brand" bags I have seen or used at his price point and even double. The neck support is a *little* short but it is easily fixed by stuffing the foam block a bit more full, it is removable (velcro) and there is a zipper on the bottom of the neck block to accommodate this. I use this bag for my Yamaha AC1M, which is a concert size guitar, and it fits very nicely with just a tiny bit of wiggle room. I did not expect a "custom" fit but not disappointed at all. I do not own a dreadnought so I cannot comment on the fit for such. There is plenty of space for my DIY sponge humidifier and a strap, and anything else (capo, picks, cord, ETC) will fit in the outside pockets just fine. The backpack straps are functional and comfortable, although it is not a feature I will use often but nice to know they are there. They snug up real well to keep them out of the way if you pull the straps tight. The handles are all very sturdy and padded for comfort in the hand. As with any gig bag, don't expect it to do what a hard case does. For careful transport in your own vehicle and reasonable care it should last a long time and provide ample protection. If you expect a case or bag to provide the care and caution that you yourself would not provide on your own, then no case on the market will save your valuable instrument, my friend. I would like to try other products from this vendor, and I would order this bag again without hesitation.

Great affordable soft gig bag
It was a little oversized. I got it for a dreadnaught size & I still had to make a runner of padded foam around the whole thing for a snug fit that I velcroed in. Luckily have got those skills. That being said all the zippers, fabric, workmanship, pockets are of amazing quality for the price!

Awesome bag for the price!
I got this bag for my Martin 000rsgt. I have the hardshell case but it's a pain to lug around when I'm out with my autistic son. He's a runner so a bag is just easier to carry for me, in case he decides to bolt and I need to chase him. I want to make some comparisons to my 3/4 size gig bag that comes from the company "world tour". First let me start by saying that the hola bag is twice the price of the world tour bag, but it's more than twice the amount of bag. Let's start with the shoulder straps. The world tour ones are thin and feel a little cheap, like they may rip over time, altho they haven't yet. The hola bag has cleverly put some little wings on the bottom of the bag where the straps connect and it feels way more secure imo. The wings move and so there will never be any unnecessary strain where the strap connects to the body of the bag. Also, where the straps connect at the top of the bag is thick and nicely padded so no shoulder strain. Both have an equally large front pocket that can hold about the same about of crap, but the hola bag has an additional one at the headstock which will fit quite a bit of stuff easily. On to the inside.... The world tour bag is basically some strong cloth draped over the guitar. Very little padding and protection inside. The hola bag, while not heavily padded, is decently padded, for the price. It feels sturdy and comes with a neck block that velcros in place. I velcroed some additional foam in the bottom altho it didn't need. It went from a great fit to a perfect, snug fit. I'm very satisfied with the bag and if something horrible happens to it, hey it was only $40. At the end of the day I trust it enough to transport my $1000 Martin 000.

This is a great gig bag!
When this gig bag arrived at my home, I was delighted how well-padded it is. This is going to protect my guitar really well. The bag is made from sturdy woven nylon and is stitched with care and attention to details. It also has nice extras like the high quality double-ended zipper that makes it easy to zip the bag open and closed from either or both ends; the lid opens out fully to make it easy to put in the guitar; there are reinforcing abrasion-resistant panels on the underside of the lid over the sound hole area and the head stock. The outside zippered pouches are roomy and convenient. And there is a good padded handle on the side of the case, plus 2 padded shoulder straps on the back to carry it, and loop handles on front and back to make the bag easy to grab and move around or to hang it up. Very good bag for the money and better padded than everything else I looked at. Plus Hola! Music is a great seller, and I highly recommend them and their gig bags.

Nice bag!
It's a nice bag - I especially like the extra handle on the front that is very useful for lifting into the back seat of my car. The side handle is padded, which eases the strain on my arthritic hands. I also like the neck-support inside the bag. And, the zipper is better constructed than my previous non-Hola! brands (which is the only reason I had to buy news bag: the zipper gives out even though the rest of the bag is perfectly fine). Negatives: the handle on the back needs to be positioned higher up the neck so that the bag hangs straight up and down without listing; the front upper pouch is difficult to access items from the bottom without things falling out of the top, so I throw loose items, e.g. tuner, into the lower pouch, which is not well suited for loose stuff (it's more designed for sheet music & tablets). I would give it a "5" if the above were fixed.
