Took all of five minutes to install. Works great.

I was replacing a unit that went bad after 9 years of use, which I considered end of life.This unit comes with connectors to get things up an running quickly.

After using off line chlorinators and replacing the valve annually, I finally gave up and looked at alternatives. This is relatively easy to install and after using it for 4 month, give it a solid thumbs up. I don't have enough experience to judge how long the valve will last but would recommend to others.

Solid construction.The design solves some basic problems w my old (pentair) chlorinator:- can't tell if water is flowing thru it (has a gauge and also can see water movement thru top)- can't see if tabs need refill (see thru top)- impossible to remove tabs if clogged (nice n wide)Was ez to install, came with unions which made it easy to install.

Not sure why it leaks but this was recommended from a friend so I decided to give it a try.

This was a replacement in kind, so it was very easy to install and I didn’t need the unions that were provided!

Simply the best Chlorinator for dosage use. When fitted and loaded runs perfectly. Unscrewing to refill is difficult, I guess from the pressure in the system, but at least it allows the system to function for a longer time without the hassle.

The only specs I found on this state that the pressure can't exceed 35psi. Since my pool normally runs around 10-15psi, I thought this would be ok but there isn't enough flow through the chlorinator to keep my 18000 gal pool chlorinated and I had to go back to using floaters. Waste of time and money.
