Was abit skeptic to buy this item at first due to the price, and also if it was more a gimmick rather than something that was actually effective , But it is very high quality and it is also a effective piece of equipment , and for a home gym piece of equipment i would highly recommend it as one of the best home fitness pieces I have purchased.I have also purchased the heavy duty bands and I would recommend the addition purchase. As on certain workouts the 4 supplied bands haven't got enough resistance.Hopefully in the not to distant future we get more band available in the UK as there are 90lbs bands available in other countries and that would benefit this piece of equipment even more.

All the tension goes from the bands when you reach the lowest point in a squat / deadlift / overhead press / bench press (so this completely defeats the object of performing these exercises) - simply physics - it should have been obvious really - if I had realised this, I wouldn't have bought one - however, the marketing material shows people performing squats and overhead presses - this seems a tiny bit sneaky - would avoid.
