Leaves you feeling dentist clean
So far I really like it. I'm still figuring it out. I had a sonicare that lasted 25 years. That one was pretty straightforward. It has a lot of pauses on this. I just keep going with them. I probably brush more than 2 minutes now. The book tells you how you should brush. I am absolutely thrilled to get a new stand. After 25 years it was a little discolored. I always pick white. I always pick sonicare over any other brand because my old dentist told me my teeth were so clean when I came in. They warranty it said is only good if you use genuine sonicare heads. I do, but I thought I would say that if it helps with a decision.

Makes me smile 😃
I'm over the moon thrilled with my new sonic toothbrush. This replaced former lower price point. New one is worthy of accolades. The savings on sale helps with six month interest free payment. No issues with mine.

9 out of 10 gums, prefer this!
Changed from oralb to sonic and what a change. It was tickling at first due to the buzzing nature of the bristles. My pockets have also reduced in size.It does remind you when to change the brush head, which is both nice and annoying.

DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. Or just Phillips in general. They’re done.
DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL.I grew up thinking Phillips was the staple. It kinda was, I guess these brushes used to be good and lasted. We purchased this on sale cause it’s an expensive freakin device. It broke JUST in time for warranty to be out. I’m talking 2 weeks. No replacement. We figured maybe it was our mistake, maybe we handled it too hard? (I doubted this since it was just sitting here and we handled it with care). We bought another one on sale, but twice the price this time. That’s $350 total. Warranty would end march 10th 2025, and ALAS. March 20th rolls around just before a trip, and the brush breaks in the exact same way. Many describe it here in the reviews too, it’s the pin that just comes loose on the inside, from nothing more than brushing. We’re thinking this thing is not made to be (carefully) changing the heads every day. Which is absurd.Contacted Phillips and they say they can replace the handle. Not a refund, even though it wasn’t even 2 weeks after warranty ended as a “one time courtesy”. We know where this is gonna go in 1,5 years because it’s the same model. I don’t want this model. We won’t be purchasing Phillips again, and their customer service is super passive aggressive.

Great toothbrush if not a little overpriced.
I had my previous Sonicare toothbrush for about 10 years until it was time to replace it. I would still be using it but it was accidentally dropped in the toilet and no amount of sanitizing would make me feel comfortable putting it near my mouth again... lol.I bought this one to replace it and it's a great toothbrush. More like a 4.5/5 stars but we don't have the option to add half stars.Pros:-Able to easily change brush modes without having to cycle through them while it's on like my old one.-Pressure sensor let's you know if you're pushing too hard-Comes with two different brush heads-Comfortable to use but might be a little intense at first if you've never used a Sonicare before-Does a great job cleaning your teeth and gumsNeutral:-Travel case is nice enough but nothing to get excited about-Charging base works fine but feels a little unstable. My old one came with a wireless charging glass that you set the toothbrush in and it felt a lot more premium and elegant at a similar price pointCons:-Travel case isn't able to charge the brush like my old one, so you have to bring the charging base along with you when traveling-Brush heads are EXPENSIVE. There are several cheaper non-Philips branded heads you can use but they don't have RFID to communicate with the brush body if that's something that would bother you-Just feels a little less premium than the older models at the same price point. If it was like $20 cheaper it would be an easy 5 stars
