I tried several different cushions before keeping this one. I think each person is looking for what feels good to them. This was a good price point and has helped me significantly. I use it every day in my suburban. It is now over two years old and still has a nice feel. Not to hard but enough support to take the weight off my tail bone.Has anti-slip on the bottom. Does not slip when seat on but I adjust it when I sit down as it moves when I stand up.

This is a wonderful tailbone pillow! It's beautifully made and contoured perfectly, making for a very comfortable place to sit. I'm having trouble with L4, L5 and S1 as well as issues with my tailbone. This has been a great relief. I'd absolutely recommend it if you have similar issues. Someone in the question section asked if this has a non slip bottom and was answered "No". I beg to differ. The one I received has small grippy dots all over the bottom of the pillow. The cover is soft and plush with a zipper for washing the cover. I see some found this hot, I do not, but I think that's going to fluctuate by individual. I'm completely satisfied and comfortable and I honestly can say I feel it's helped with my bulging disks and sciatica. If your suffering as well I wish you luck and relief.

If you suffer with pain of any kind, you understand the never ending search for something, for anything, to help alleviate pain to any degree.In this particular instance I found myself needling relief for tailbone pain after slipping down an entire flight of stairs on my rear end, ironically, while wearing a pair of "slippers". Months later, long after the slippers had been put in the trash, after several rounds of various treatments, here I am searching for pain relief.Clearly I have more experience with pain than I have with coccyx cushion selection. There are so many varieties and styles to choose from that I fear I may have made the wrong choice. I wanted something to use in a desk style chair for occasional paperwork, and craft projects.This does seem to be a well made product. It has a nice cover and the memory foam has not deteriorated over the course of the past year. Of course it also has not been used much. I just can not get comfortable with this cushion. I feel like I am a child on a booster seat. The coccyx cut out seems to be in the right position and I have tried using the cushion toward the front of the chair, towards the back of the chair, and even using it backwards. I adjust the height of the chair trying to get relief for my numb legs hanging off the front of the chair at an odd angle because of the cushion wedge height. Up, down, forward, backyard, nothing works for me. It's not like I am vertically challenged either, I am of average height/weight for a female: 5' 6" / 125lbs. I don't want to give this cushion a low rating because I personally can not get relief. Therefore I am rating it a solid 4 stars. I've lost quite a lot of weight in the past 2 years, and the downside of that is that I've had a lot of discomfort whenever I sat down on hard surfaces. My tailbone would feel as if it was being pressed onto the surface and would feel numb and painful if I sat for more than an hour.This cushion is perfectly firm and soft at the same time and I stopped feeling any sort of pain the moment I used it on my chair.I was honestly impressed since I was expecting a quite firm cushion after reading the comments, but found it to be quite light and soft.The non-slip side works well with the leather casing on my chair; haven't tried it on other surfaces though.All in all, I'm pleased!

I bought this cushion after I fell and was waiting for x-ray results to see if I had fractured my tailbone. It turned out no fracture, but the pain has still been horrific. This cushion is like sitting on a cloud. No joke. I was worried initially that it might not help because I not only bruised my tailbone but somehow managed to bruise one cheek, as in grapefruit-sized black bruise. This cushion is a lifesaver for me right now. The quality is quite good; the removable cover is extremely soft and has a luxurious feel to it. I haven't had any problems with the cushion not staying in place as some have noted. Highly recommended.

This is the second of these Kieba cushions I have purchased. I keep one in my car and wanted one for home as well.This is a good quality cushion. The support is great, and it helps to relieve my lower back pain.A few years ago I paid more than twice the cost of this cushion for one which is well made, very sturdy, and has held up well, but it just doesn't do a very good job of relieving lower back pain. I wish I had known about the Kieba back then!

This Seller has the best customer service I have ever experienced. On July 25, I received a replacement cushion from Seller because she was concerned I received a defective product. I left this negative review because my experience was of a bad product. The seller was concerned for my satisfaction, and totally unsolicited, they sent me a replacement cushion; a total above and beyond act! The replacement Cushion is better, but still firmer than I am comfortable on. It is a quality product, great material and worth of a high review, if it so accommodates YOUR hind-side. May God Bless and Reward You!Original post July 21, 2018: It is hard as a rock. Most Tempur-pedic material is firm when you first sit and then conforms to your body and provides a nice cushion. This is just firm through and through. It is the most uncomfortable seat cushion I’ve ever had. Customer support refunded my purchase because it was so bad.

Better than the other coccyx cushion i bought as this is more rigid and provides better support. However, no straps to keep it in place so the cushion can move around a bit and constantly need readjusting.

it is comfortable and it is used for sitting on.
