La Marquise 3 Pack of Ladies Combed Cotton Full Maxi Stretch Brief Knickers Underwear

I bought these twice from different sellers on this listing. The first had the proper 'Marquise' tag and came beautifully presented on Hangers! They fitted perfectly and the quality was great. So, impressed, I ordered again. Second time I had to purchase from a different seller because the original seller was out of stock. This time, I received a completely different product - small, tight, obviously not cotton and they were bundled, loose and unpackaged, in a grey mailing bag. The seller of the second purchase seems to have been removed now. But when reading reviews, bear in mind that a product offered by many different sellers does not always guarantee you'll get the same thing. Bear this in mind when reading reviews. The ones that say they are tight or fray and fall apart sound very much like the second lot I bought, which does the seller of the correct goods a huge disservice. These knickers (if you end up with the right ones) are great. If they don't have a little 'marquise' label, then report the seller to amazon.This review is for the proper Marquise ones as advertised.

I was so fed-up with big knickers that rose up into my bum, or were too tight or too loose or too brief, even my favourite Sloggies, that I spent an evening researching the ultimate big knickers and came across these. I didn't want ones that pulled me in (my jeans do that!) - just ones that were comfortable and washed well. And cheap - Sloggis are SO expensive!I bought these a month or so ago and have worn and washed them constantly and they are brilliant. They are the best pants I've bought, even out-doing Sloggis and they are certainly the most comfortable and cheapest. I've just bought another two sets!

Always bought sloggi's or cherish ,,,,but they are sooo expensive,,,,,,saw these on Amazon so thought at that price ,,,I'd give them a try ,I'm a size 18/20 but I bought the size 20 for extra comfort as I don't like my pants to feel tight,,,,just comfy ,,,,and these are perfect ,,,,I will be buying more of these from now on ,,,(as long ask the price remains the same ) they are soooo soft and comfy ,ands nice fit around the top of leg ,sloggi's may last longer but at this price ifound they last a year ,,,,,,who cares ,,,new ones can soon be ordered ,and the delivery was really fast ,all in all these were a great buy ,I bought the nude colour as in summer I wear mostly white and cream clothes and white pants sometimes show through some fabrics ,I will buy the black ones next time aswell ,

I purchased this set of three pants on 17 February (now 2 April) and I have worn and laundered all three pairs a few times. They are very comfortable and fit well. I am a size 16 and ordered a size 18 based on previous reviews. Unfortunately, all three pairs are now defunct as the waistband is coming away from the main part of the pant. Such a shame as I would have ordered more pairs. Great fit, very comfy, but for me, short lived comfort.

I bought these as my sloggis were getting tatty and our local TJ Hughes has closed down. These are a very, very good fit. I will definitely be ordering some more.

Was looking for cheaper version of leading brand, these fit the bill. Very comfortable and don't ride up at all.

comfortable knickers, good fit. On one pair, the back seem split with in a couple of months, on another pair, the leg trim fell off shortly after. I emailed the company and got no reply.As these knickers would have been worn and washed perhaps a dozen times, I would not recommend this product or use the seller without some form of redress.So it's back to Sloggi's, they last for years.

Like these a lot, BUT, I had a spinal operation some years ago and the scar site is sensitive. These have a back seam and the washing instructions label is sewn in at the time of manufacture. This label irritates my scar after first washing when the label seems to go rather hard, and when I cut to remove it made a hole in the seam as didn't realise the stitching was all in one. Have taken to cutting the label itself as near to the seam as possible without cutting seam sewing yarn.Otherwise fabric lovely, fit good, and they wash well. If you don't have a scar on your back these are perfect.
