I don’t often review purchases but felt I had to with this, I will not lie yes this is tricky to use but after cleaning just 3 windows I have now got the hang of it. Many people have how useless it is, I found a few drops of fairy liquid into a standard spray bottle of water was perfect, liberally spray both sides of window and off you go, patience is key, don’t rush or you’ll have problems. I have single pane windows also with secondary glazing and have managed to do all of them with little or no problems, when I had the secondary glazing fitted I did not notice the film and cross pattern left on the inner side of it from packaging, I have been unable to clean it off until now, this product was fantastic and has done exactly what I wanted it to do, and can now look out my windows in a sunny day happy that all is clear, and as a bonus I can now do all my upstairs windows without the wife nagging me to be careful on the ladder or constantly up and down when I drop my cloth. I know this is longwinded but I felt this deserved a decent review.

I was sceptical about buying this as it had mixed reviews, but due to being in isolation and being sick of looking out if a dirty window that I couldn’t reach the middle of, I thought I’d give it a try. It is amazing !!! It cleans so well - the outside of my windows was filthy!! It does leave a few smears at the edges.. maybe due to my inexperience with it, but you can just wipe around the edges with a dry cloth and they’re gone and your windows are super shiny. The little pads rinse clean under the tap ready for the next use. I seriously love this magnetic window cleaner. It has done a better job than my window cleaner used to do.

Bought this for cleaning an upstairs window. It is tricky to use but once you get then knack it’s a great product, so be patient. Make sure you wet both sides of the glass and move the tool slowly. I was dubious before purchasing after reading reviews but it worked perfectly for me on standard double glazing.

Easy to use product. Magnet works fine even in double glazed windows. I dropped it a couple of times, but probably because I was going too fast.Pads are very easy to change as well.I am giving 4 stars because corners are not so easy to reach as the pads are a bit small, but apart from that, it does the job.

Waste of money. The actual cleaning surface pad is a very small triangle. Not as the illustration shown in '2' on the user manual pictures on the back of the box. This shows a square 'sponge' and a square unit. Completely different from what is in the box although the front of the box shows a triangular unit. Difficult to manoeuvre through double glazing, magnate not strong enough.

Didn’t work. Got double glazed windows like it said it’s capable of doing. Fell off straight as I moved it anymore then snails pace. Just unfortunate that I won’t get a refund on this product.

Disliked it because it was brought for my mother as an early Christmas gift. We tried it out as soon as it arrived. Alas it would not stay on the window. It kept falling off. It was very embarrassing. Disappointed and did not live up to what I expected

was really excited to use this to clean the upstairs windows. imagine how annoyed I was when I realised they wont connect through the windows on my double glazed house windows. great for the car but that's not what I brought it for .
