Practical handbook for entrepreneurs building a sales process
This is an excellent, practical short read that guides entrepreneurs or sales leaders in setting up their sales process. The first part of the book explains how with the advent of SaaS, the underlying patterns of the sales process have changed and that different selling models are needed as a consequence.The second half of the book then lays out which moments matter, from the customer perspective, and how you can build a sales process that serves these moments. This includes specific recommendations on types of questions to ask, documents to prepare, and analyses to run.I found the book to spark a lot of new ideas. The book’s illustrations are excellent. If I could wish for anything else, I’d like a working book with specific exercises to be coupled to this book.

Really usedful book. No padding at all, and this is weird. Any single piece of info is useful. I would recommend it to anyone doing b2b sales that aims to introduce continuous improvement with an analytical approach.

A must have for anyone working in sales in a SaaS
The book gets to the point fast: what SaaS is and how the sales function works inside a subscriptional model. It also has diagrams that help visualizing and understanding the concepts explained. For anyone that is starting to work within a SaaS company or has been there for some time but never thought about the basics, this is a great book. Also helps if you think about moving your business to a subscription model
