Cant get a perfect seal
It's hard to get the straps tight enough to get on and also seal well. But I think it helps my dry eye some when I wear it as directed.

I did better just to put a wet washcloth across my eyes ...
I did not care for this product. The sponges in the eye cavities were too stiff and the pressure on my eyes was uncomfortable during the night. I did better just to put a wet washcloth across my eyes while I slept.

Was not comfortable to use
Did not work well and it actually hurt my eyes. I returned it right away.

Good dry eye relief
Extremely effective for chronic dry eyes. Nothing else compares. Even opthamologists recommend them. However bead packets exterior is too fragile and after a while the goggles foam lining develops a musty odor

It works great in keeping a soft seal around my eyes while I sleep however that doesn't help with keeping my eyes moist while I sleep. I have 3 different eye masks I use, this being one of those.My dry eyes at night continues...
