I coach my daughter's 6u softball team. Anyone that has ever coached youth baseball/softball knows that almost all the kids start out by trying to catch the ball underhanded which can be very dangerous on balls above the waist bouncing off the heel of the heel of the glove and hitting them in the face. No matter how much you tell them to "high five" the ball, it's hard from them to grasp it.On the recommendation of another coach, I bought these. The girls love to play with them and it's carried over to their catching. Is it the end all be all to getting kids to catch the proper way? Of course not. But, is it a fun way to help them develop proper habits? Absolutely.

I had these from a local store before and they did not last as long. We have been using it all summer every weekend and it is still on good shape. Kids love it for sure.

We love this catch game! I’m so glad that we bought the 4-pack because my 3 kids and I can all play together. We play indoors and outdoors. The Velcro paddles are durable and the tennis balls don’t fray, pill or over-fuzz. Cleaning is easy, just hand wash tennis balls with dishwashing liquid ( we used Dawn ) & thoroughly rinse with warm water; air dry. Wipe paddles clean with disinfectant and air dry. With good care, this Toss & Catch can last a long time.

Growing up as a kid in the '90s, our dad got us this and we had such fond memories of playing the Toss & Catch anywhere and everywhere we went. I introduced this to my husband earlier this January/February (found a pair at our local Walgreens), and, unfortunately, it was a VERY cheaply made set!! Not even playing 10 minutes and both catchers cracked while one of the two just dismantled completely!! This (Qrooper's) came up as a suggestion and I was like, "Well, I do need to replace the others...." I haven't played Qrooper's Toss & Catch Game Set yet, but hoping to do so this weekend while (socially distancing) with my family for my dad's birthday. What I like so far of this product: The value for money. It comes with 4 paddles/catchers, 4 tennis balls, AND a storage bag!! Not too bad!! I can already tell the quality/durability of the paddles/catchers are MUCH better than the cheap ones I got at Walgreens. Hope to play this set for years to come....

Bought this for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday party and she played with it a full 2 minutes, then looked for it again later. An adult’s ability to aim directly at the child’s catching piece, and make the ball stick, left my granddaughter feeling very accomplished when she “caught” it. And she has since developed the ability to reach out and catch it herself. It’s also quite fun for adults.

This item is not durable. The balls are not tennis ball quality at all. the rubber splits on the seams/
