So basically I ordered it and it arrived after more than 2 weeks in the mean time I asked for refund which I didn’t received. After the product arrived the handle of the lid was already broken in half and the grill doesn’t attach properly. In one word I’m really sad about it because I thought it would be much more good for the price they are taking.

Waste of time. Says it would do 4 people as a bbq - it certainly would not. Way overpriced.

The first barbeque I ordered didn't arrive but after waiting the proscribed time a replacement was sent. When it arrived the lid handle was broken in half, they didn't have spare parts so I was given a discount on the price. Pretty simple construct so as expected it barbeques fine.

Was easy to assemble and fab size to feed a family of four camping.

Product is quite good, easy to put together and clean. There was an issue with the delivery, a week late, turns out the sending address was wrong, but the address on the invoice in the box was correct. Hopefully this is a one off as the product is solid.

We can’t get this BBQ to light. We previously had one similar for camping which was brilliant but this is rubbish! From what I can see there is no way for the air to circulate under the coals. There are 3 small air holes but you cover these with the charcoal holder tray. Waste of time and money
