At $68 for what it does and after four years of seamless use with my then iPhone6 to my now iPhone 12 it hasn’t missed a beat. NETUM is the manufacturer and they build a huge variety of printing and scanning equipment. The software has been upgraded recently making it more intuitive, quicker and easier to use.It believe it can also be used as a power bank because of the big, replaceable batteries.I knocked it down one star because the OLED display does not work with an iPhone.IT IS DESIGNED FOR PORTABLE USE AND ONLY WORKS WITH A BLUETOOTH ENABLED Apple or Android PHONE!

The print quality is pretty poor. I can use this off of my phone app to make labels one at a time & that's easy but couldn't figure out how to hook it up to my computer - I don't think it's possible and I tried pretty hard but there were some very hard to find YouTube videos and maybe someone else would have better luck. I also couldn't read the instructions, they aren't in english. Their website is frustrating and not helpful but the printer does work with the phone app if you don't need to print very many labels in large quantities and you need to save money. I ended up returning the product. Good Luck!

This was user friendly however the app is a little complicated and putting in your custom label image when clear does not come out clear in app

I just got this today for my business and it won’t allow me to connect via Bluetooth like it says in the description I’ve tried everything and I have an iPhone XR so it’s not like it’s an older phone. I am very disappointed with this and I got the other printer as well for receipts and it’s only able to connect via android phones so I’m screwed on both ends and the app is ridiculous it’s not in English at all.

Nice product, it does what it promises to do. One concern is that it is difficult to find rolls less than 50mm in diameter online. If Netum stops selling the rolls (very likely) then the printer may become useless. Label sellers in the US have larger O.D. on the rolls.

I rarely make product reviews but the odd time when I am so compelled by a product, then it is only fitting I do so. I am using IOS iPad and iPhone with the app. Simple to download, simple to use and create labels. I have manage to source other coloured labels for cabling as that was the main purpose for IT, Broadcast and studio cabling marking.the text is clear and full and the print quality is second to none. I think these printers are about 203dpi I cannot be sure without checking but I have several 300dpi thermal label printers and this for a portable is virtually the same, just not quite as good.These are also great if you want jar labels for jams or the likes, as you can get all sizes of labels (and available on Amazon UK).I will check out the PC software and update this review once tested. But after buying and using, I have just ordered my second printer so i can keep two types of labels as it is fiddly changing label rolls, but not difficult to do. Flip the lid, change the spacer and insert relevant label roll. (Spacer - this is a plastic spacer that inserts if using a smaller label roll).Don't delay, go buy it today! You wont regret it if you label cables and want a handy little thermal label printer of great quality. (Remember I am using Mac IOS, so this review is geared to iPad and iPhone users).

I bought this because of its Bluetooth feature, and that it works with Windows. However, I could not get the driver to load in Windows 10, and found no support available from the supplier. It's a pity as otherwise it looks like a good device.

Cannot download app for android completely wasted my money

I love it item so easy to use works just fine and the peice is great would love to now where you can buy the label for this please put a link in so we can buy the labels

It’s a great bit of kit , works very well with an iPhone , easy to create a unique label including images from photos etc. For the price it is would say it’s very good value
