Q: Anyone have success using this to keep dogs off the couch?

We use them to keep the dog off the couch and it works very well.

Q: Would this keep my cat out of the windowsill?

I have it on my couch and by the windows. Keeps my pets off both. It can be cut to fit.

Q: Will this fit on an indoor stair?

You can cut them with scissors to fit anything. And a little double sided tape to keep it in place.

Q: Is it breathable at all, can I put it on top of a lizard aquarium ?

Just an FYI these are thin flexible sheets… it’s possible to poke holes in them for air… But sheets are not sturdy and I don’t know how large your aquarium is, a lizard may be able to push its way through the sides.
