It did NOT fit our porch light fixture as its to big for the glass and the metal but as it's so big it looks right we still put it in anyway. Holy smokes is this sucker bright! It's daylight bright! We can see all the way around the garden down to the street and then some! Definitely a good choice but be aware it's like a giant grapefruit in size!

the bulbs are used in my garage and they put out the light so bright its like havung the sun in my garage THANK YOU FOR YOUR BULBS ------- they are the best and i mean the best ----- FRANK -- MICH.

The lights are very good, they light up my grain facility excellent.The only problem I had is one of the lights had the base smashed in out of the box and the box was not damaged.I think your quality control needs to be improved on..I bought 5 bulbs and 1 was bad, that's a 20% failure rate. If I ran my business that way I would be out of business !

These LED lights are smaller and brighter than the CFLs they replaced in my garage. They're about the same wattage as the CFLs but provide much better illumination. It'll be interesting to see how long they'll last.

For starters, the company doesn't seal their boxes. So I have no way of knowing if I inadvertently ended up with returns. Maybe I did. Maybe this is actually a great product. But by not giving me a way to differentiate, they brought this issue on themselves.One of my 2 bulbs arrived DOA and is being returned.The other bulb, when compared to a 45W CFL with about 2500 lumens & a 23W LED with the same shined about as brightly as both.I was worried that replacing a 45W, ~2500 lumen CFL with a 50W, ~5000 lumen LED was going to be overkill, let alone replacing 2. Now I only have 1, and it turns out that it's not only not even close to overkill, it's not even brighter than the bulb it's replacing or the bulb in my lamp.

A very nice product. Produces plenty of light at a very low power consumption. Luminates a relatively large area when placed in an elevated location. Saves money on electricity as well.

Update: 5/5/2022: It seems that the bulb is failing after about 2.5 years installed in my outdoor security light. I had high hopes for this unit since it is sealed. Rating changed from 5 starts to 3*Original Review* This LED lightbulb is incredibly bright, much brighter than the bulb it replaced in my security light. I am tempted to turn the light off at night because it sometimes messes with my sleep, shining around the curtains in the house.

Felt solid and well made. Brightens the room quite well.
