Great product

While this item is described as a solvent for prepping a car for paint, there are many other uses for it. I've used this product for a long time, starting back when I was doing video production work. I needed a way to remove labels from U-matic, DV-CAM, Mini-DV, VHS and Super-VHS tapes.The labels never come off cleanly with all that adhesive and paper left behind. This very light solvent will remove label adhesive from just about anything without damage. I have not found a plastic yet that it will damage. Simply place some of this solvent onto the label, and let is soak for about a minute. Lift up the edge, and the label comes off cleanly, then wipe off the residue, works for metal, plastic, glass, wood, you name it. Test it on an inconspicuous place first, but I haven't found anything yet it will damage.

This works fine, but I do miss the spray. But my state thinks they can solve the whole planet's problems on their own...

Great bug and tar remover for vehicles as well as a hand cleaner for removing paint etc from hands.

Did what it's supposed to do. Removed dirt, wax and grease.

I use the sem ultra satin paint on some Wheels. I went to prep them to put a coating on top using this and it was removing the old cured paint. You need to be careful and test it on paints.

Used this on sticker residue on the back of a boat and boy this stuff delivered.It may be a bit pricey, but it worked way better for me than Goo gone, but that probably depends on what glue you try to remove. Anyways, this is a keeper for me, for the tough jobs one level before the sander comes out.
