Decent product but probably not going to buy again
Bhought this vitamin for my 3yr old as she has gone off alot of varied foods with omegas in it. She has been taking them for the first few days and then stopped as she realised they are not sweets! But then my little one is quite fussy with what she eats. This was probably due to the medicinal taste within. Also a little pricey but was worth the try as it had omega 3,6&9

Not too shabby!
Bought for me, not my kids, but the shape cheers me up in the morning! I’m the fussiest person ever with regards to taste and they’re actually quite tolerable. None of the usual bitter vitamin taste, they could almost pass as mediocre sweets.

Not for children who are finicky with taste
The ingredients are good quality but they taste awful.. I tried dissolving them but that makes things worse .. bottom line none of my 3 boys aged 4, 7 and 11 will have them

Taste awful, I had to spit them out as did my toddler
These taste nothing like orange and have a foul flavour. Perhaps I had a dodgy batch, who knows, either way they were not fit for consumption.

Michy Mouse Shape
These gummies are good for neural and cognitive development. Omega 3 can help support concentration, hand-eye coordination, attention and brain function in children. Some studies showed that the intake of Omega 3 improved memory, attention, learning, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. It also helped relieving asthma symptoms. It can also promote a better sleep.Potential side effect are:bad breathunpleasant aftertasteheadacheheartburnstomach upsetnauseadiarrhoeaIt has no artificial additives, sweeteners or flavours. It is also allergen free and it is vegan friendly so made with no fish or gelatine (pectin is used instead) but made with algae and flaxseed. It is licensed by Disney and has a Micky Mouse shape. Can be taken 2 gummies a day, suitable for adults also. The taste is not too bad even though they aren't of course sweets so we cannot expect a lot from that point of view. I am fussier than my son anyway. My son is not allowed to sweets really so for him this is like having a sweet. My son is 3.5 years old and these gummies are suitable for children over 3 years of age.60 gummies in total, need to be taken 2 a day so it lasts for 1 month.Unfortunately I am not able to comment on the price as it is "currently unavailable".

Good Vegan Option/Alternative
Whether you're an adult or a child, these are a decent vegan option/alternative to the more standard fish-derived omegas as algae and flaxseed is used here instead, and on that front these are a good choice. Value wise they are not too bad for around a month's supply - especially for gummies/a chew-able option. The flavour isn't nearly as bad as I at first thought it was going to be when the first one hit my tongue - at the point of impact it tasted really strange for a split second but as soon as I chewed into it properly it tasted a lot more like an orange chewy gum sweet does and kind of like the orange ones of the old fruit gums taste (but without the fear of it ripping out a filling like they used to!) - perfectly palatable and by day three I actually enjoyed munching down on a couple of these and even found myself craving another one! Most definitely worth a go if you're confident your child needs to supplement with omega and aware of the correct dose for their age, size and diet etc. The Disney theme with the Mickey Mouse shape might entice them in initially but the flavour will be the decider for most here, which is entirely subjective obviously. And if it;s a miss on that front it's easy enough to cut them up into little bits and mix them in with some icecream or something.

Gummies are the future. Unknown value for money but the taste is ok.
I am becoming a bit of a convert to this style of ‘gummy’ supplement, as they are easy to take and are almost a bit of a novelty. They don’t taste quite like actual gummy bear sweets as you can tell there is something a bit… nutritious about them, but they’re fairly close. They are expensive though, undoubtedly.I’m not entirely sure if the Disney affiliation is entirely necessary, unless they were helping to subsidise the cost to make them competitively priced, but I can’t imagine that being the case and I don’t know the current price as amazon have them listed as ‘currently unavailable’. If however you have children that go wild for that old Disney favourite Mickey Mouse, then even something small like these with that notable profile might add a sense of fun to the taking of nutrition supplements, so I get that. Little star-shaped gummies could probably been just as effective though. If you’re looking for a way to boost Omega 3 6 and 9 intake perhaps due to a lack of oily fish in the diet, then these are a good way of doing so, provided you don’t get an upset stomach from them (which is possible but not that common).

Cute Mickey Mouse shape
These are suitable for children age 3 plus. The dose is 2 a day (so a 30 day supply). The Mickey Mouse shape gummies are very cute and my children were very excited about trying them. The taste however isn’t very nice, and I know that this is because they have the omega oils in and they are hard to disguise. They are orange flavour and as an adult they are manageable, however my 3 year old spat hers out and vowed never to eat them again. My 5 year old on the other hand just munched them down. It’s a very difficult one because I’m not convinced that there are any better tasting omega children’s products out there... but I think worth a gamble and with Mickey Mouse branding they are oh so more attractive. Omega oils are so important for many reasons, but especially for brain health and concentration in young children.
