MushroomCat Portable 2 in 1double Pet Kennel/Shelter Big Show Cat Carrier/House with Small Travel Lite-Box for Cats

This is the first show text I have purchased in almost 20 years and I am very happy with it for the price. The material is lighter than I am used to and it's easy to twist when getting it out, or putting it away. I will say though that it is not the most sturdy tent and will move from side to side if a cat is playing wildly and hitting the left/right sides. My cat is laid back, so wobbliness is not an issue. I like how it has business card pockets in the front and pockets on the sides. My favorite thing about the cage is it's customization with front privacy flaps , two ventilation flaps in the back of you need it and the fact that the cage can be separated into two smaller ones with ease. The cage came with two hammocks which are great for kittens/smaller cats (not so much for my 10 pound cat) and a very nice litter box that was very high quality. Most importantly, my cat LOVES it! He couldn't wait to check it out when it arrived and had a lot of fun in the tent at a cat show. The "Starry Night" pattern really made him pop too! I really love this cage and have been sharing it with my cat friends!

Well made pop up kennel for travel, home, or show. The price can't be beat so I took a chance and bought 2. To my surprise they were offeeing a buy 2 get 1 free special. These are better than the Sturdi tents and more than half the price. I have a few complaints. First, i order from Amazon for convenience so sending them with a signature required creates too much of a delay and hassle. Second, at the very least the privacy flaps should have been double sided so the pattern was visible when they rolled up instead of a white backing. And finally, the cats are all upside down or sideways so it explains why they were so cheap.

I love this show shelter looks great and you can't beat the price!! OMGosh, I show a lot and have been looking for 6 months for a pretty shelter but didn't want to spend over $300..!!! I am thoroughly impressed with this kitty house. I tell everyone that my cat is "glamping" lol. He LOVES it! He climbs all over the kitty house, LOVES the hammocks! I love how its very open in the front and on the sides and has screens and windows for my kitty when he's in, I also love the fact that it is two houses or one big house as well as a cat carrier/ playpen for my lil guy. I can take him anywhere and not worry about his needs being met because of the matching litter box and I put his food and water dish in too. You guys did an excellent job coming up with this! It's soft and comfy and completely perfect for my fur baby. I wish you guys were around 20 years ago for my other kitty, He would have loved it as well! Thank you SO much for making such a great lil place for my kitty!My suggestion would be maybe also add a collapsable traveling food and waterbowl as well? ( I also joked about adding a flat screen TV too haha!) But other than that, I am VERY VERY happy with this product! Thank you again!

I used this cat condo to transport 3 feral kittens from San Antonio to a cat sanctuary in Colorado Springs. I decked out their condo with toys, a cat bed, a cardboard catnip scratcher, and put fuzzy cloth upstairs in the hammocks. They stayed totally calm and slept, had no issues using the litter box. I was worried if it would support the weight of everything inside including full litter box while my fiancée and I carried it into the hotel. It was perfect. I had read that the ventilation was poor, but the side flaps unzip the back flaps unzip, and of course the front flips expose a top mesh part. So in my opinion the ventilation was perfect. I would highly recommend this for long road trip during a move. I will be buying another to transport my 5 adult cats when we move soon.

Very pleased with the quality and portability and completeness of this product. Might like more air flow, either option for full screen end vs window or option to have either the plastic or mesh door. I know it is designed for cats, but did not realize the door was part mesh and part plastic, This makes it slightly stuffy for the pet vs full mesh if it is warm.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My cat likes this show cage very much. It's very strong and very big. It can hold three or four cats at the same time. And it can be split into two separate cages. It's very convenient to go out. It also presents a folded cat sandbox and two hammocks. It's very cost-effective!

I was a little worried this wouldn't be worth the money. Everyone was saying get a sturdi brand for the cat shows . I LOVED it . Its beautiful, easy to set up, roomy. I looked at the sturdi ones around the show hall and very happy with my decision to get this one

When this first arrived I thought it was awesome, easy to put up and pack down, if I only need one side for a short trip I had that option, unlike the sturdi brand I was going to purchase. I found the mushroom brand a little pricey for the size but the option to split it was worth the extra coin. I breed cats plus I live remotely and use a city vet so my trips to the city are a 5 hour round trip.. the first 2 trips were the best, the kittens had access to a litter tray, they had room to move about, they LOVED the hammock. Then on my 3rd trip I got to the city and one of the plastic rods had broken and pierced the fabric. I would have thought this rod would have been stronger like the sturdi brand but it appears not and it’s not like I had a heavy cat in there.. I had 4 x 12 week old kittens.Anyway, had I reviewed this when I first got it there would have been 5 stars.. there is no option for zero stars so It got 1. Paying almost $300 for this item I would have hoped to get more than 3 uses before it broke.Trying to find something to fix this with is also challenging... I don’t want to spend another $300 for another mushroom cat brand and have the same thing happen so I guess I’ll spend a little extra and get the sturdi brand again and just suck up not being able to split into 2 separate usable sections.I suppose I could have gone through the returns process, which I most likely will still do but the email to give my review came before I had time to find out how to return an item.The worst bit about this is that a number of other breeders have seen it in my car and have ordered one for themselves so now, not only do I have a defective item but my friends will quite possibly go through the same thing.Would not recommend this product
