Lionel Accessories, The Polar Express Conductor Hat

This was a gift for my grandson. He is enthralled with the Polar Express. He loves all things trains and loves to pretend he is the conductor. He is able to repeat verbatim the words the conductor speaks in the movie and the hat actually made the movie very realistic for him. The hat is very reasonably priced and is very well made as he frequently writes it for the day.

The 2 conductor hats that I bought for my grandsons as Christmas gifts. They had recently been on the Polar Express train ride and they were overjoyed to get the Polar Express hats as well as other Polar Express related items. The hats were well made and good quality..

A little expensive for the conductor hat. The material could be better. It was cute but the thing was it came to me with one of the buttons off. Thank goodness I found the button so I could sew it back on. I gave it 4 stars , but I thought it could be better . That is why I did not give it 5 stars.

Very surprised when we got our delivery. When I opened the box, I found that we had received 12 hats! Rather than one. Looked at the website again to verify the price and quantity. I verified that I only ordered one and there was no information indicating that there would be 12 hats per order. Please provide feedback on wether or not I received these extra hats by mistake or was the purchase price of @24.95 included all 12 hats .
