Great product
Used these in my frenum ladder with the CBR on the bottom, horseshoe right above that, curved barbell above that and then the straight barbell with other 8g barbells for the rest. These are great, the screw on ends stay on nicely unlike some other brands where I've had problems with losing them.

The captive bead fell apart. Not impressed.

Barbells do not work for PA, bars are too short and balls are too small.
