Excellent carrom board - nice packaging and expedited delivery
Superb board. We played today - had so much fun with family. Well made carrom board - nicely packaged. Delivery was fast- 6 days. Very pleased with the purchase.

Better than expected
ok I'm a newbie when it comes to Carrom. Been watching it online and looks fun to play. seems to kinda be a mix of pool and shuffle board which I really enjoy. The package arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Opened the box and was delighted to find my new Carrom board well packaged and safe inside. This was my biggest concern as it is a large wooden game. As I said I'm a newbie when it comes to Carrom but I'm no newbie when it comes to quality. This thing is nice. It looks great. mine did have little 'sand specs' you can slightly feel when rubbing your hand across the board but I would think this will either come off in time with the powder and play or will be unnoticed during play due to powder on the board or even better it may just wipe off pretty easy as I haven't tried to do anything with it yet as it is not having any affect on play. THIS IS A NICE BOARD AND WORTH THE MONEY. The pockets are even crochet. I don't normally leave reviews on Amazon but this was worth it. Thanks! I did go back and purchase a foldable stand for it. I think it's worth the money as well.

Uneven friction, and crack on frame
The board looks great, looks sturdy, and is heavy. My complaints:1. The surface friction is not uniform, the striker loosely friction midway in certain areas2. Saw a crack on the perimeter black frame in less than 3 months. Looks like it was covered with polish3. The coins are poorly painted. White and queen looks black

Smooth surface... Well packaged, fast delivery.
We got a few scuff marks after the first game. I do use the powder provided. Other than that, it seems to be good quality and is smooth.Packaging was very good. Delivered in perfect condition. Shipping was very fast.

Poor quality
Firstly it’s not 8 mm it’s 6 mm and the size is okay for learners/kids and will be a shorter for adults. Bottom edges are sharp. Be cautious especially when kids are using it. In some Indian stores we can find better boards for 65-70$. The plywood will bend very soon as the bottom support wood is not of good quality and finishing.

missleading description
When you take it out of the box it has a label stating 6MM. the board itself is fine for casual use but its clearly not what they advertise.
