Arrived on time.I am a grinder and I have a $700 bite guard from my dentist and it pales in comparison to these products. I love these products so much! I was learning how to cut them down to fit my mouth comfortably. These are really easy to use and you can easily cut them down as much as you like. I trimmed mine down so that they are only right between my teeth and they fit great. I've been wearing the last one for 2 weeks now. I just keep it clean by using my toothbrush on it periodically. My jaw feels fine when I wake up. I highly recommend them. My boyfriend also uses them, but he doesn't even trim them down after they are fitted. He says they are still comfortable for him. If you're reading this review, just buy a box and give them a shot. It is important to follow the heating instructions. I would recommended just 10 seconds of being immersed in hot water. Comfortable to wear as a night guard and easy to clean. For the price , it is a good buy.

This is the first time I use this product of this brand. I saw the instructions and fitting the guard, I let it get soft enough to get a good tight fit. You can keep reheating it until it fits. When I did let it get soft enough but not that soft it loses all shape, it worked perfectly, it is fine. I advise anyone who has never done it before to try a couple of goes letting it get softer and softer using hotter water in longer time until it works. Obviously it works well. Then put it under cold water to set it to be solid and clear. I think maybe the negative reviews are mainly because people haven't managed to do it. If it doesn't fit properly it will not be comfortable, if it fits properly it is a lot easier to get used to. I am pleased with the teeth guard and glad I bought this set at a fraction of the cost of one from the dentist. I trust it will do perfectly what I wanted.

Last night it is so comfortable I hardly knew it was there. My teeth often ache and it is hard to chew for a while because of tooth grinding. It felt perfect to wake up without being painful. It is early days but I feel this is really going to solve my problems and give me comfortable sleep. I am excited!

I have to say this is the most comfortable mouth guard I have ever worn ever. I wouldn’t ever imagine myself to take the time to write a review but it definitely works efficiently! It is really GOOD!

Very easy to use. Just follow instructions on how to mould and set and whole fitting procedure complete in a matter of minutes. I've found these easier than other brands I've had in the past to mould and fit and once fitted they feel comfortable. I suffer from teeth grinding at night, I've tried many different brands in the past which I've not been able to sleep with in. These are great. I would recommend these guards. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It stopped my teeth aching everyday after clenching my teeth together throughout the night. I didn't heat it enough the first time to mould it to shape, but I heated it the second time following the instructions could be done and got a perfect fit for me.
