No Customer Support for faulty goods.
I had one month to be able to return this to Amazon. It stopped working about 10 days after the window closed. I used the glitchy messaging tool on the manufacturer's Chinese website. Got no response. Complete waste of money.

Missing items... cannot use
Wrong item was sent plus plug adapter lead was missing so can't use ... not happy as was a replacement for daughters laptop which she needs for home schooling work.
