Nature's Way, Echinacea Goldenseal, 100 Veggie Caps

an old standby for me - this combo hits my system and keeps me from really being sick whenever either allergies or an honest to goodness cold enters my system - I usually double down and the first day take more than is suggested along with Marshmallow, Lobelia and Elderberry.

Positively it relieved my sinusitis which I've suffered with for the last few months, and the cayenne pepper relieved my a-fib. I seem to be sleeping better, however it has cause so much ulcritic stomach pain and headache, i had to stop taking it. What is said about the benefits of cayenne pepper on the stomach effected me just the opposite. Because of the circulatory benefits of it, I'll have to try smaller doses and get the formula without the pepper.UPDATE: to be fair I should report that my stomach has gotten used to this suppliment but I can only take one capsule every few days. It still works on the sinus disorder.

I have to put these capsules under running water to try and reduce the horrible taste. It doesn't remove it completely. I actually have to plan taking this right before eating so I can eat and not notice it as much. It's sooooo bad and will never buy the product again because of that. I even emptied the bottle to see if there was a broken capsule somewhere and there wasn't. HORRIBLE.

I have bought this to cleans my blood. I have noticed that when I take this my lip color turns pretty pink! So does my gum!! My gums have not been pink since I was little. When I eat food with a heavy msg, my lip color goes back to purplish dead looking color. I think these herb somewhat detoxifies the toxins. I love not have to wearing lipsticks. Also, I am not so sure, but after I took this my menstrual cycle has become normal. From 40 to 29 day cycle.

For the last 10 years, I have been susceptible to bronchitis. I begin taking Echinacea and Goldenseal as a precaution to cold and flu season and I have not had one cold, which is highly unusual for me. When my family noticed there was no major doctor/hospital visit for bronchitis (or pneumonia) they began taking it for preventative reasons and no one has been sick. I will never be without!
