Euchre is a fun game that you can play with a regular deck of cards. However, this set offers score keeping devices, a trump indicator die, and great labelled cards so you don't have to sort out just the cards you need from a deck... and instructions of course. They have a great weight and feel to the cards. They are a nice looking deck and matching accessory set. It is a good price for the materials and storage box you get. I was pleased in every regard.

Very nice euchre set. Counter wheels are good - although they do not lay very flat due to plastic center peg. Cards are only fair - card stock is not very durable. Wish they were plastic-coated. Enclosed rules are well-written with an innovative no-trump alternative for second time around after dealer turns over up-card. Die has a no-trump side if called/used. Die has suits embossed on 4 sides - hearts, clubs, etc. Wish that diamonds & hearts were red instead of black. Rules also omits any reference to reneging penalty.

We have played this card game forever. The hardest part is learning how to keep score for new people learning the game. This gift has counters that make it so easy. Great gift

I have this and love it so much I bought 2 more for gifts. I like the way there's a score card and chip to show what's trump (as I always forget). It's also a nice set to pack up for traveling.

I debated whether or not I should buy the Bicycle Euchre deck for almost half the price of this one. I decided on this set because it had the scoring wheels and the trump die. Still, I worried that the off-brand cards might not be as high in quality as I knew the Bicycle ones to be. Sure enough, I opened the cards on this one and found that five of them were bent so badly that they would be unplayable. Worst of all, they were the face cards needed to play Euchre. I had to go out and buy two identical Bicycle cards anyway. As expected, the Bicycle cards were perfect. Don't risk buying this game. Save your money and time and just buy the Bicycle game. The trump die is awesome to have so you’re not constantly forgetting what trump is. The cards are so thin and cheap you can’t even shuffle them (imagine trying to shuffle ruled paper from a cheap notebook). They’re garbage. The score wheels are fine, but we just use the fives from a standard deck. It’s also nice to have an actual set of instructions because anyone who has ever tried to teach someone Euchre knows how confusing it can be for people who have never played. The box the set comes in is nice and sturdy.Overall: if you’re looking for euchre die to remember what’s trump, this is for you. Just don’t expect to be able to use the cards.I would recommend buying a standard deck of nice playing cards and removing 9-ace of each suit (and the fives for scoring) to use as your official euchre deck. Then you could store the deck in the box that comes with this set along with the trump die and the instructions. Then you’d have a perfect little euchre set without having to sort cards from a whole deck every time you want to play.

Advertised as Euchre decks but actually nothing but ordinary decks, Purchased for Euchre night to avoid wasting over half a deck worth of cards, Not been used much but the cards feel cheap and probably will not last too long. Poor value for the money.

Not very durable, great for the price. Wish it had more of a specialized deck. Keep in mind the cards are not durable case is tho

xmas gift .....but it looks like it will meet the needs.want to teach the grandkids the game.

Save yourself a lot of money and just buy a pack of Dollar Store playing Cards.
