I go to 3-day conventions a few times a year and I used to get sick after every single one. With thousands of people crammed into close quarters, touching all the stair rails, elevator buttons, chairs, doors, coughing, laughing... someone inevitably passes on his sick germs to a few hundred or thousand people. If it didn't happen so often, there wouldn't be a name for it (con crud).So a few years ago I picked this up at Publix and started taking it a few days before each con, during the con, and a few days after. I haven't gotten the con crud since then. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be done, but it seems to work for me. And, needless to say, ZBEC is a great immune system booster, but it's not magic... I still wash my hands with soap and water every chance I get when I'm at large public events.

I have been taking ZBec at the advice of my dermatologist for YEARS. so has my daughter and we can really tell a difference in our skin when we run out. I have not found it cheaper than here.

I don't have a colon; therefore food, vitamins, etc go though my body quickly. I take a multipe vitamin in the mornings; but by the end of the day, it has gone. Therefore in the evening I take ZBEC to make these supplements available to my body for the next 12 hours. I believe it has helped me to stay healthy. This is another product that I used to buy in local pharmacies, but they quit selling this; so thank goodness Amazon came to my rescue again. I have taken this for years. Irene

I love Z-BEC vitamins. They contain the B complex I need plus Zinc that really helps fight colds. I was delighted to find these on Amazon as they have become difficult if not impossible to find in the stores. This product is especially important to me because I can't take a multivitamin. I am allergic to the iodine in them and also have too much iron to take more.
