so I’ve been using these carb blockers for two months now, alongside a new fitness plan.I’m not on what I would call a diet but I have cut out any chocolate and eating healthier meals - you can’t expect to lose a load of weight whilst doing nothing else but pop a pill.I have lost weight, but like I say I’m also exercising more intensely. So I can’t give all of the thanks to these but I guess they may of helped, either that or a bit of a placebo effect, regardless I lost weight and gained muscle so it’s all good!I have ran out though and I wasn’t prepared this time so I have had to order another brand which should come today. See whether it’s a placebo effect or not, now I’m paranoid that I need it. The other brand has 180 tablets (45 days worth) so I will have something to compare to and then update my review possibly if I think anything else of this listing.I will note though that this carb blocker only has 60 tablets, which if you take the recommended dosage which is two tablets twice a day - before meals. Then you have 15 days supply so it’s a little bit annoying, I wish I could at least buy a months supply.

Did nothing for me still hungry maybe curbed appetite very slightly but not much

They seem to be working within a week dont seem as hungry
